Q: Is this event open to the public?

A: Yes! It is our goal to expose the public to the sport of airsoft and educate them to play in a safe manner and in the proper environments.

Q: How much does it cost to attend?

A: A single day pass costs $8. A weekend pass costs $20.

Q: Am I allowed to bring my own airsoft gun to the Expo?

A: No.  There is a single exception: there is one special event that will allow attendees to bring their gear.  These attendees will have to go through a security check point.  After the special event, attendees must secure their gear.  Individuals who brandish their airsoft guns when coming to this event will be asked to leave.  Airsoft guns must arrive for this special event in a carrying case, bag, or box.

Q: How old must I be to attend?

A: General attendees must be 16 years of age to attend by themselves.  The NAA Expo requires the exhibitors to only sell to individuals 18 years of age and older.  Individuals under 16 years of age may attend with a parent or guardian.  The individuals under 16 years of age must stay in the presence of their parent or guardian.

Q: Will there be any food vendors at the Expo?

A: Yes.  Oscar's Fine Foods will be onsite in the Atrium selling food.  Expect items like Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken Sandwiches, Salads, Fries, Chips, Brownies, and assorted beverages.

Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I share a booth with another exhibitor.

A: Yes. However we ask that no more than two exhibitors share a single 100 sq ft exhibit space.

Q: I am apart of a non-profit organization/state airsoft association/airsoft team and want to exhibit, do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes.  Please contact the NAA Director or NAA Manager for possible savings opportunities for your specific organization.

Q: Can I setup a shooting area in my exhibit space?

A: For safety reasons and by our insurance requirements, no.  The only live fire area that is authorized is the demo area operated by the NAA Expo.

Q: Can I have music or other audio/video media playing in my exhibit space?

A: Yes, but please be considerate of your neighbors and keep it at a reasonable level.

Q: Is there financing available?

A: While the registration fees are not available for financing, the sponsorship packages are available for financing. We will finance ANY level sponsorship until  January 15th 2011.  There is no interest associated with financing.
